You are bidding on a former Mattel employee collection with prototypes, samples, and one of a kind dolls. I tried to get everything in the pictures, there’s a no. It’s an amazing collection that I obtained from a former Mattel employee who worked there many years ago. There’s a Ken doll which I covered his private parts with his manhood taped to the doll which I covered up. From what I understood these were never released and only 1-5 were produced I know of one other one in a private collection. Many samples and prototype heads clothing outfits. The Joey Lawrence and Wendy McCulley dolls are one of a kinds. There Elvis prototype heads and more just to name a few. Please take a look at all the pictures and bid or make an offer how you see this ONE OF A KIND COLLECTION !. As she was one of the head Barbie manas back in the 1980s-90s items had to pass by her. You won’t find another collection like this! Bob Mackie prototype one of a kind outfits that were never released and so one. Lot of 69 NRFB Highly Collectible Barbie Dolls 1990s-2000s - Great Eras etc. Looking to part ways with a portion of my beloved doll collection. Perfect timing ahead of the Barbie movie release to start a collection of your own! These 76 dolls are all in mint condition, NRFB. They have been stored in a temperature controlled room in our house since the late 90s. Some boxes have light wear from age, price stickers from stores, but nothing major. All dolls look exactly as pictured here. I am selling this as a whole lot for local pickup, as it's too much to ship. Rare vintage 1960 Barbie #3 / #4 Blond Ponytail Transitional Doll Beautiful
Rare vintage 1960 #3 / #4 transitional Barbie doll. I purchased this girl from the original owner in the mid-90s and she has been in my personal collection since that time. She was professionally restored years ago by Melissa Windham, a well-known Barbie restoration expert. Her hair was restyled into a perfect ponytail and her makeup and nails were touched up to their original look. A bit of length appears to have been cut from her hair at some point, but her ponytail looks great. Her legs are chalky white (#3), while her face has a bit more color (#4). Face is slightly shiny with a creamy complexion. Torso feels fairly solid with some color un-eveness and a chalky appearance. Arms are pale, especially the lower part, but not as pale as the legs. She smells like crayons. Her body is solid with no loose limbs, chew marks, etc. Butt stamp says "Barbie". There are a couple of light marks or lines at her hips as shown in photos, but they appear to be surface only. Hips are nice and tight. She comes with original zebra swimsuit, black shoes and Barbie booklet from that year. I will also include a new stand (shown in photos) for display. I am selling most of my collection which mainly consists of vintage Barbie & friends from the 60s & early 70s. Lots of clothes, too. I reference Eames and other top Barbie sources to make sure all items listed are identified accurately, so you can shop with confidence. Little blue bird works! One Barbie talks she still works.The condition of all the Barbies varies from amazing to good …. Some dolls have damage on the hands and feet along with a few having blemishes on the legs marks etc. (( nothing a little magic eraser couldn’t fix lol )) … a few Barbies do have neck issues from age but all their heads stay on all but one Skipper… she amazing I just didn’t want to push trying to fix as the age of the dolls and plastic I was little worried something would crack!
