If you are a fan of Mattel's Vintage Barbie or Mod dolls, or more specifically the 1960s Twiggy doll, then you may fall in love with Argigi dolls. Her face sculpt is an homage to/clone of Mattel's Twiggy doll and the mod dolls and clothing of Mattel's 1960s and 1970s. These dolls are sold from South Korea in very small batches and most are sold out. Their bodies are light plastic or vinyl (not sure) and are not heavy like the early Mattel Ponytail barbies. These have the feel of vintage clone dolls as far as weight in your hand when you pick them up. Some have painted on eyelashes, others have rooted eyelashes. I purchased them never wanting to sell them so I deboxed them and put them in my glass doll cabinet and they have only been displayed for a very short time. I have NEVER removed their clothing so am unaware if there are any issues with the doll bodies or if there is any staining from the clothing etc., so they are being SOLD AS IS/USED/NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. What you see is what you get. They were shipped in their cardboard shippers so some of the outer boxes are a mess with stickers/labels, tears/wrinkles etc. but I will double box the cardboard boxes they came in to prevent further damage.DESCRIPTION OF DOLL FOR SALE BELOW Up for buy it now/best offer in this listing is the South Korean ARGIGI FASHION DOLL "COME RAIN OR SHINE" a beautiful black haired/dark brunette haired flip haired doll with very Mod London Raincoat and outfit and umbrella! She comes with her outfit, hat, umbrella, white socks, extra pair of heels, original box and cardboard shipper box. Also a metal stand and certificate. She is #22 of 50 dolls made. So very rare limited edition. Please note: the original box has very fragile thin cardboard so there may be slight tears/creases around opening slot on top where I deboxed doll but overall original cardboard box is still glossy and in great shape as shown. This particular doll has rooted eyelashes, some do not. I never removed her hairnet or touched her hair. She has a beautiful face with nice facepaint. She comes with all accessories as shown in pictures. Very pretty doll to add to your Vintage Barbie or Mod Barbie or just vintage mod doll collection. She is about Barbie doll size.
