BARBIE SIDE PART AMERICAN GIRL BRUNETTE TONS OF HAIR in COLOR MAGIC FASHION L@@K
As always, please consider my pictures they are part of my description. I do try to take lots of pictures. Highly close up, macro settings. RARE Barbie Brunette Side Part doll. She comes on a Barbie Midge straight leg body, rather than the traditional bendable leg body. She has LOTS of hair, I did wash gently, and because of the body and the hair I did do a lot of research on this one, according to the books Jean Burger is credited for designing the Side Part Barbie. They required so much more time to root this style. And a few dolls with more densely rooted hair that curls and turns all around have been found in JAPAN and USA. When I "styled" her hair it drove me crazy that it did just that, it curls up if you want, or turns under. Now to her condition, the pictures show that her eyelids need, could use a touch up. I do NOT touch up any of my dolls, afraid. I know it can be done. Her lips are nice pouty pink. I do see a tiny tiny white fleck inside her lip. I actually added some super macro pictures, and they should show possibly the one on the inside is missing paint, and then there is a tiny one on her lower lip. Both look t me like they could have happened while making the doll. Just like someone was in a hurry? Not like someone did that while playing with doll. Her body and face match in skin tone, light, and evenly flesh toned. Hard to see but I noticed some superficial minor scratches on lower leg. Her body and limbs are nice and tight. She has NO GREEN, NO NECK SPLITS, and I do see earring holes, in one picture maybe 2 or 3? She never had nail polish on her toes and only some remains on hands. I did add some green HONG KONG mules to her outfit and noticed that only those very early shoes fit her. Her one foot, in my opinion, is just a tiny bit maybe one millimeter shorter than the other. ???!!! I suspect she might just be one of those '" TRANSITIONAL " Barbies, since Mattel never threw any parts away, you decide, ask away. Please. Her outfit is the original color magic blouse and skirt, in nice but a bit faded, condition, all snaps work fine. I am including the pants, but they are also a bit faded, and are discolored in some area. Fit so well. Shoes fit her perfectly. Almost forgot, she had a yellow and green headband originally, it was in very old shape, I cleaned it and salvaged what I could, tied together, that's what you see in pictures. Thank you for looking,Did I forget anything? Only human, so do please ask away. While I am not a Barbie Expert, I do try to research in the hope to get it right. Stand, Dolls, and any props, if present, are NOT included. Smoke free, pet free home, I cannot always tell if properly handled, stored, and it what environment previous owner lived. Do keep in mind. Have fun looking. Listing always clear what is included Shipping: Priority Mail FREE with insurance and signature confirmation. Combined shipping always a possibility, just let me know ahead of time. Vintage Barbie Ken Marx Braniff Fashion Fair Condition Not Complete READ!
Vintage Barbie Ken Marx Braniff Fashion Fair Condition Not Complete READ! I grade things as follows: TLC, Fair, Good, Great, Excellent, Minty, NRFB. I tend to grade things lower than they really are as to not to try to misrepresent anything. I consider all these fashions "fair," but they are all Hard To Find. Especially the pilot Fashion with Hat. Ken wearing Pilot Fashion - the Ken doll is in Great condition. The pilot uniform includes a double-breasted coat with eight buttons on front with "BI" initials on the front and 3 buttons on each sleeve. There is a "Made in Hong Kong" tag inside. Two snaps on the inside. The gold braiding in the sleeves is slightly frayed. It does have silver wings on the left breast. The pants are in good condition with two snaps present. The shirt is yellowed with age and has a slight pink stain on the left side, hardly legible. Two snaps present on the shirt. The black socks are nylon, so I'm not sure they are correct. The black shoes day "Marx" on the bottom, so they are correct. The hat is the correct hat with "BI" initials on the front. The black necktie is a well-tied ribbon, so I don't think it is original. This is a Very Hard To Find fashion with the correct shoes and hat. I will include a vintage Ken underarm wire stand. See photos. Free shipping. This comes from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. Please let me know if you have any questions. I have 100% positive feedback on eBay for almost 20 years. If there is a problem, I will make it right. Just communicate and let me know. I'm proud of my positive feedback. I ship Monday thru Friday, as my small local post office is closed on Saturdays. FREE SHIPPING within the USA. Vintage Barbie PJ CLONE LAURIE 1970S HONG KONG MIDNIGHT BLACK SIDE PART HAIR
eBay I cannot ship internationally at this time. Please view all of the images and ask all questions before purchasing as this doll is being sold as-is. Let me know if you need additional images of any specific angles or light settings. Up for your consideration is a used all-original 1970s PJ clone named LAURIE with side part midnight black hair. She is wearing her original yellow swimsuit and coverup. This doll has joined straight legs (they both move when one legs is lifted), twist waist and a hard head. These dolls had their own line of "Laurie fashions" and the packaging on those says that they are for all 11.5" dolls, however, she is actually approximately 10.5" inches tall. So, she's a bit smaller scale than Mattel's PJ. Some of Laurie's fashions were sold via JCPenney catalog in the early 1970s for all 11.5" fashion dolls. Condition: The swimsuit and coverup are in good condition and don't appear to have ever been removed. (The material on the cover-up still has that crisp feel to it) The metal snaps have corroded over time.I do see some dirt marks and small greenish stains on various parts of her body. There are a bunch of faint browinsh marks on her head (mostly the forehead area) that look like they could be dirt marks or possibly light age spots. (see images) I did not attempt to clean her and will leave that up to the new owner. There is some excess soft vinyl on one of her hands. (Condition: Pre-Owned)

There is no skipper doll but there is 13 pieces of skippers 9 are black tag skipper clothes 2 are no tag and 2 skipper hangers there is 54 BLACK TAG items in total There are 51 mostly non tag but a couple Hong Kong tagged items And 87 accessories ( including hangers scarfs hats shoes socks brushes combs mirrors glasses bags undies and any other non clothing item ) Also there are 2 unopened accessories a pack with a Barbie mirror comb and brush in it and then another unopened pair of pink bootie thingsThere are 2 cases both are in descent condition. The Barbie and skipper one is in very good condition. There is one big closet area 2 compartments under the closet for accessories both with doors and closure. Then on both side of the closet there is an area for each doll. On the other side a bedroom area flips down and it has 2 twin size beds with a night stand in the middle. It is in perfect condition like it was never used at all. It still has the outside handle to carry it and the closure is good also. The other case is Barbie and midge it’s outside is in good condition has the handle and the closure is still good. The inside is a little worn. Mostly because the plastic they used became brittle and started breaking a little. Everything is still intact but it has chips and some crunched areas but it still is complete and sturdy. It is just the inner hard liner where the closets are. Also the accessory area one of the doors is missing and on the other side the each have a pouch with there names on it. One has a tare in it but it is still attached. I can send more pictures of anything or everything to whomever. I was trying to get in as much as I could to 24 pics.
