Holes in bottom of feet This doll is in very good condition product is a huge lot of vintage Barbie doll clothes and accessories, including a stand, case, skirts, sweaters, coats, dresses, tops, undergarments, pants, shoes, swimwear, nightwear, and more. The clothing style varies from activewear and hobbies to special occasion outfits, making it suitable for all occasions. The Barbie doll is over 11 inches tall and is designed for teens and adults. Made of plastic, this collection is a must-have for collectors of vintage Barbie items. Stand has Barbie TM by Mattel. On bottom says Mattel International.  Up for sale is one 1978 Barbie Dream House. This Barbie Dream House is in mint condition in an open box. This is every doll collectors dream. It was owned by one person and stored away for years. The original factory sealed tape on the box has lifted. The parts that are still taped on I show in the pictures. Because this box was open, I had to inspect it carefully to make sure all the pieces were there. The screws for the dream house are sealed in their original bag. The green plastic pegs that go in the flower boxes, a few of them have come apart from the original plastic. They were loose in the original bag. I show this in the pictures. The color on the box is good but the box is slightly beaten up. You can see the corners. I show this in the pictures. The pieces in the box are slightly dusty because they have been stored away for so long. The color on the dream house is good. The white pieces are white. I was happy to see that they didn’t have discoloration from aging. If you are not familiar with this dream house, let me get you get acquainted. This is an a frame Dream House. It has three separate sections that make 6 rooms. The model number is 2588. This is the unfurnished version. It has a brown roof. It has yellow floors and yellow windows. The yellow windows and balcony doors are still sealed in the original plastic bag. It has yellow entry doors and yellow balcony doors. It comes with a closet with mirrored decals to stick on closet doors and six pink hangers to hang Barbie's clothes on. It also comes with original instructions, original warranty card and a Barbie Dream House Dream Furniture collection catalog so you can pick out the furniture you want to put in your dream house. The plastic flowers for the planter boxes are still sealed in the original packaging. This box is heavy. 34 pounds when packaged. It has been packaged with care.  eBay This is a one of a kind find! In near excellent condition. All the pieces are here with the exception of the bookcase and kitchen hutch. The furniture has been assembled since it was first put together. The cardboard is very hard and sturdy. The original Tressy is included (her leg has a clean break). Also, included is a “Barbie” patio set (swing, chair, Chase lounge, 2 tables) and 2 backdrops (from the 60s). The cardboard dollhouse unfolds to create a myriad of 4 1/2 different rooms with architectural details and decorative accessories on the cardboard walls, and with a large collection of original assembled cardboard furnishings for each room. The house was designed to be viewed and played with from all four sides, and is very suitably sized and scaled for display with Barbie. The house was designed by Alan Berni for Tressy of American Doll Company, early 1960s. Overall very good condition. (Condition: Pre-Owned)

 eBay Vintage Mattel 1959-1960 Barbie 850 Ponytail Doll #3 with original hard-to-find 1959 Gay Parisienne #964 dress and rabbit fur stole. Auction also includes a 1961 Barbie white vinyl carrying case, her original zebra swimsuit, miscellaneous accessories, two early booklets, and a small assortment of untagged and/or handmade clothing. Doll has blond hair, blue eyes, brown eyeliner, curved (not pointed) eyebrows, and Barbie TM on backside mark. No holes in bottom of feet. Standard 11 inch Barbie height. Provenance: One owner, received Barbie as a gift in late 1959 or 1960 in Portland Oregon, the carrying case a year or so later. Doll has been stored in case (not displayed or in open) for almost 60 years. This particular Barbie is an international traveler. She has lived in five different countries (United States, Indonesia, England, Singapore and Mozambique), made seven separate ocean crossings (Pacific, Atlantic and Indian), and she’s none the worse for wear. Her claim to fame is that she might be the only Barbie ever to have lived in the Mozambique home owned by South African leader Nelson Mandela and his human rights activist wife Graca Machel (who were not in residence at the time Barbie was there). This Barbie is in very good overall condition, gently played with for a few years when new. Photos show some changes in skin coloration, as to be expected prior to the change in the plastic body in Ponytail Doll #4. The ponytail hair band has mostly come undone, so hair hangs loose. Slight tarnishing in both ear lobes from metal earring posts, one earring post with loop still in place. Doll has original red fingernail and toenail polish. Gay Parisienne #964 outfit includes the dotted blue taffeta dress, white rabbit fur stole with white satin lining, and a pair of blue shoes with holes in the bottom. The outfit does not have the white gloves, hat, gold purse, or faux pearl post earrings. The faux pearl necklace is broken, many of the beads included in small bag. Dress and stole are tagged. YKK zipper in dress. The knit zebra swimsuit is in good condition, with just a few loose threads. Outfit includes the white sunglasses, one ear piece broken off. No black shoes. This doll appears to have come with faux pearl earrings on loops - not gold loops. The earrings are in poor condition, included in small box along with other beads. [Photo taken with red handbag and red shoes.] A 1979 faux fur cape #2667 is also included in this sale, an item from the Barbie Superstar ‘Sleek n Chic’ collection. Unknown provenance, not from this owner’s Barbie. The 1961 “Ponytail” white Barbie vinyl carrying and storage case is in good condition except for some smudges and for two splits in the vinyl on the inside crease edges. Has hook for hangers (no hangers) and a pull-out ‘dresser’ box. Measures 12.25 x 10.25 x 2.5 inches. The “Barbie, Teen Age Fashion Model” booklet has the pink Barbie-only cover, dated MCMLVIII [1958] by Mattel Inc. on the lower left front cover. This booklet does not include depictions of the Gay Parisienne, Roman Holiday, or Easter Parade ensembles, so it is not a 1959 first issue. The “Barbie and Ken” booklet is dated 1962 by Kokusai Boeki Kasha, LTD, on the bottom of the inside front cover. In addition to the two booklets, there’s an undated promotional one-sheet piece for the “new” Midge doll #860, on the reverse side is an advertisement for Barbie’s Dream House #816.  eBay I had no idea dealing with these dolls was a profession and that is not me. I am describing her the best I can but at this point I justt want her to have a new home. VINTAGE #3 BARBIE POLYTAIL DOLL NEVER PLAYED WITH 1960/61. I just had an unfortunate experience with this doll so I have pix of every possible area and and an explanation from our Vintage Toy Store. The doll was bought by an adult and never played with. Put in a storage box and shuffled from cabinet to cabinet, house to house for 60+ years. Last month when I decided to sell it I was surprised that the box had practically fallen apart. Because of age I decided if I tried to take the bathing suit off it might fall apart so I left it alone. When it sold the new owner as upset because under the suit the skin had darkened. Professional at Toy Store said if was from the suit being against the skin for over 60 years. He took a Q-tip and dab of Dawn and showed me how you can removed the dark area. Since I am even older than the doll I decided to let the new owner take care of that. There is a tiny mark under each arm where the stand was in place all those years. I have many more pix if you have any questions but please ask before you bid because this is an AS IS sale. Otherwise she is in good condition. Hair never touched....no green at ears. Please note refrigerator door has some issues and won’t stay on. It may be able to be repaired. One porch light is provided and will need to be re attached. I have seen replacement porch lights on EBay. Box is original and has wear as noted in photos. We have shored up the box with packaging tape. This set is in really good bright condition!
