 IMPORTANT: My eyes are seriously not what they used to be and many times I do not see a spot or flaw until I get the photos from my phone. It picks up flaws and debris that I absolutely cannot see even with my glasses. So please use photos to guide you in bidding because they tell what I sometimes cannot see.Gorgeous #2 blonde ponytail with T.M. everything. Hair is still in original topknot, never taken down; soft and silky, none missing, no cuts or trims. Paint is original and I've tried to handle her as little as possible. She appears to have faint blush but her face needs cleaning. The black dot beside her left eye may be permanent as I was unable to remove it with a damp Q-tip. No damage to nose or neck, no green. Body is very tight and I would be shocked to my toenails if this doll ever saw any play at all. The only thing I can find to pick at is her left shoulder area where the arm will pull away from the body but I've not tried to pull it out. I suspect it will come out with force, which I'm not about to apply. She has gray discoloration on the backs of her calves that, again, I've not tried to clean. Her box has wear and tape. Her T.M. stand is scuffed but intact. Her T.M. booklet is excellent, as is her suit. Five books with names of many other outfits which we have...for example, American Airlines Stewardess; Sheath Sensation; Solo in the Spotlight; Let's Dance; Cruise Striped Dress; Resort Set with tennis racket; Registered Nurse; Graduation Gown and Hat; Busy Gal; Cotton Casual; Friday Night Date; Basic Barbie Doll Fashion Model Set (the black and white striped swimsuit, two of those); After Five; Career Girl; Sweet Dreams; several mix and match; pajamas (2 pair) and a slip. Accessories: cooking (apple, Barbie tray, orange juice (2), spatula, spoon, rolling pin); soap; ten hats; nine purses; 31 hangers; 18 pairs of shoes, various colors; the pink phone; a Barbie design portfolio; as well as more accessories, stockings, tights; white and black gloves, long and short, 2 rabbit stoles, (one is missing a hook), 9 purses. Only one previous owner. There is some light fading on wall in bedroom and a dew other places (pictured). Bathtub has a very small tear in pink square (pictured). All light pieces work. Lights and doorbell work. Phone does not ring but lamp light works. Vanity in bedroom is missing back batterie cover but is still functional. **Please note the house will be shipped unassembled.  Vintage 1961 Mattel Barbie Doll Model #850 Brunette Bubble Cut with original box, metal wire stand, earrings, white sunglasses with gold glitter, black/white zebra bathing suit, black shoes (one marked Japan), and pink booklet. All items are original. Barbie, PATS PEND MCMLVIII by Mattel on right buttock. Beautiful turquoise eyes and red lipstick. No green ear. Hair is raven black (brunette) with tight bubble cut, red fingernail and toenail polish. Polish and lipstick in great condition and highly visible. Shows no signs of wear. Please see picture #3. Original shoes have Japan on the bottom of one shoe. Box has blue/white suburban shopper outfit on upper left side and Brunette Bubble Cut #850 label pasted on bottom of box. Box shows gentle wear and bottom right corner is split. Please see picture #2.Original owner of the doll and all of the following outfits and accessories. Doll is in excellent condition. Gently played with and well taken care of.Friday Night Date: #979. 1960 - 1964. Original vintage outfit includes: White pinafore, blue corduroy jumper, black heels, 2 plastic coke tumblers with black Barbie serving tray and drinking straws. Blue jumper has light stains on the back. All felt appliques and snaps on jumper and pinafore are present and work. Black tray, glasses and straws in great condition and show minimal wear. Please see 4th picture. Tennis Outfit: #941. 1962 - 1964. Original vintage outfit includes: Tennis dress, jacket, racket, socks, blue sunglasses, 2 balls, white tennis type shoes and tennis rules book. White tennis dress doesn’t have any holes and zipper works. Some yellowing due to age/storage. Jacket has orange colored ribbing and is lightly soiled on front and back due to gently play. Some very light orange bleeding has occurred on the back of the jacket. Socks, sunglasses, balls, tennis shoes, racket and tennis rules book are in great shape. Bottom of shoes are both marked Japan. Please see 5th picture.Busy Morning: #956. 1963 (Only sold for one year). Original vintage outfit includes: Pink/white dress with phone, pearl necklace, shoes, hat and handbag. No holes in dress and zipper works. Hat ribbon in great condition. Phone cord attached and white shoes (one marked Japan) are in excellent condition. Necklace is intact and features a strand of faux pearls. Handbag closure works and handle with fruit pieces present and intact. Dress has stain on left breast area. One piece of fruit on the handbag is cracked with age. Please see 6th picture.Resort Set: #963. 1959 - 1962. Original vintage set includes: Red/White jacket. blue/white sleeveless jersey knit top, white shorts, white sunhat, white strap cork wedge shoes and metal charm bracelet. All clothes are in working order, have original snaps and no holes. White shorts and sunhat show some yellowing due to age or storage. White strap cork wedge shoes are great and do not have any issues. Bracelet intact and complete. Please see 7th picture.Nighty Negligee: #965. 1959 – 1964. Original vintage outfit includes: Pink sheer full-length gown and matching sheer robe with pocket. Stuffed felt dog and pink shoes with pompom. Shoes (one marked Japan) have pompoms and in great shape. Gown and robe do not have any holes. Ties and embroidery are present and intact. Please see 8th picture. Original vintage outfit includes: Pink gown with train accented with a rose, white stole, white long gloves, drop faux pearl earrings, 3 strand faux pearl necklace, clear shoes. All clothing pieces in excellent shape with no holes. Drop earrings are good and intact. Necklace has come apart and needs restringing. Shoes (one marked Japan) have good glitter on heels and across toe band. Please see 9th picture.Open Road: #985. 1961 – 1962. Original vintage outfit includes: Jacket, sweater, pants, hat, red sunglasses, red strap cork wedge shoes, and map. Jacket has all brown buttons but missing the top toggle and is lightly soiled. Tan sweater is in great condition with all three snaps and no holes. Pants are great with working zipper and no holes. Straw hat has no holes in red band that ties under her chin but some fraying around the straw brim is noted. Red sunglasses are great with working hinges and red strap cork wedge shoes are great with no issues. Map has been torn and only piece remains. Please see 10th picture. American Airline Flight Stewardess: #984. 1961 - 1964. Original vintage outfit includes: White blouse, navy skirt and jacket, black over the shoulder handbag, American Airlines travel bag and navy hat. White blouse has 3 tiny buttons and a working snap. Jacket has 4 tiny buttons, a working snap and a wings insignia on left front. Skirt is straight with working snap. Hat with an AA insignia on the front is in great condition with 2 prongs, so it stays in her hair. Black handbag and travel bag are excellent with working zipper on travel bag. Cardboard gold colored talc box has been bent but writing on top is vivid and shows minimal wear. Set is missing comb and brush. Blue terry towel is plain, and the word "Her's" is not present.  Vintage Color Magic Barbie Doll #1150 Yellow Hair changed to RED FLAMEI am thining my collection of dolls, many are duplicates, so I am looking for them to find new homes and not be returned. I am starting them at a very low price and so should be considered as is and let the bidders determine the price. Please bid if you like what you see. My dolls are in clean and very good condition and I try to describe them as accurately as I can. Please pay attention to whatever it is that is important to you in the descriptions and pictures. I am not responsible for factory flaws since I did not make them. If I see something I will draw it to your attention, as I don't like surprises and I'm sure you don't either. Mattel was a toy factory not a precision watch maker and the dolls in the 60's and 70's were not made by computers so I am happy to say they do not all look exactly the same as those made today. The dolls at Mattel were made by people and so today these vintage dolls are all a bit different, in the way they originally were and how they have aged, some being quite individual and often very special. Please read my interpretation of the specific details below.This Color Magic Barbie is the Yellow and Red Flame Hair Color Version. She came with bright yellow hair and if you use the recipe in the photos you can change your doll's hair to the Red Flame color or return her to he Bright Yellow. Both colors are beautiful. The colors between dolls vary a bit. This doll was and still can be returned to the bright yellow color. I colored her recently. The red color can fade a bit with time, but the recipe contents are easy to find and easy to apply with a small paint brush, q-tip or cotton ball. It doesn't affect Barbie's skin, but it will change an original Color Magic swimsuit and headband. I would describe her hair color as Red. She will arrive RED unless you tell me to change her back to yellow for you.The story behind this doll. I was originally looking for a beautiful face Color Magic Doll that had messed up hair so I could reroot her hair. I found this doll, but when I received her she was just too beautiful to cut all her hair off and start over. She had 3 or 4 hair plugs on the top of her head that were missing hair. I found two Color Magic heads and one was an excellent match of golden yellow to this doll. I figured out how to harvest the donor doll's hair and root the new hair into my beautiful doll face. It has been several years since I transferred the hair that I'm not sure which ones are the reroots the hair is such a perfect match. The next test was to see what the color looked like after I changed her hair to the Flame Red. Still a perfect match and I cannot tell which ones I rerooted. As with all color magic hair, I am always very careful when combing her hair and I recommend only gentle combing wilh all Color Magic Dolls. I also recommend painting the change solution on to the hair rather than dipping. Dipping means you will need to comb out the dipped mess, so an upright doll with a paint brush is my favorite color method. She also has a very decent body, but someone tried to fill in her tiny teeth marks on feet and legs. Sounds worse than it is, but be sure to read the BODY paragraph below. HAIR: Beautiful red color and very decent hair but most all color magic doll's hair is fairly fragile and you lose strands when you comb her hair too much. No hair cuts that I can see and and no missing plugs. Her hair is clean and in very good condition, quite beautiful with her different lengths. Some little girl must have had fun with her as she has many different length and some likely broke off during play, she has some short hairs on her right side. These dolls hair is often thinner at the front and on top. I suppose that is from over combing and reaction to too many color changes. You can see some of her hair plugs around her face and she has average thick hair, it isn't thin. I show her hair fanned in a picture so you see what she has. This doll does not have a painted scalp, so you might see her scalp if hair is pushed aside, but I just felt her hair and she has a good thick hair. She is not wearing a barrette because I always take them off to make sure they don't break her hair. FACE PAINT: Original face paint. Her eyebrows are medium brown and all there, nice black eyelash ridges with a little missing black on the very edges of her right eye. If she has any missing from her left eye it is very hard to tell and I'm using a magnifier. She still has smokey shadow and blue eyes with perfect thick blue eyeliner. Eyes are beautiful and lips are big and beautiful red color that seems to match her hair. She has blush on both cheeks. All I can say is she has a beautiful face..FACE: Her face is a nice even skin tone. No neck splits, nothing noted, her face is normal and smooth and does not look brown. No pierced ears so no issues with green anywhere ever. She has a typical Color Magic face with the huge red lips and thick blue eyeliner.LIMBS: Arms and legs are normal, straight, good coloring. Her arms are excellent and tight, may be a shade darker than torso. She has nail polish on all fingers the same color as her lips and no toe polish. Both legs bend as they should but the clicks are not loud clicks. They bend forward and back. Her hips are very tight and she does have some space between her ankles, but they are still good and not super rubbery lose. The space is naturally for her about 3/4 of an inch. She has all her toes and her bottom of feet holes are quite good with the tiniest little split on one hole very small.BODY: She has the correct body Copyright 1966 Mattel Inc US Patented Us Patent Made in Japan. All fingers and toes. Her body is very nice and her body coloring is tan. Her body is clean and I don't see major stains or scratches. She has some minor scratches on her back, but nothing really. She's a georgeous doll. OVERALL: She is a lovely old Barbie Doll very nice and clean, beautiful. Please look at her photos and ask questions, you may see something I have missed or have a question. I originally used the template from a CM I previously sold and the dolls are mostly the same, but a little bit different. So, below I just thought you might like to read my discription of this doll adjusted.If you noticed a CM yellow Barbie head in the background in some of the pictures, she is the donor head for her couple of reroots and I just thought you might like to see the beautiful golden yellow color that she is if you change her back. Also I can tell the new owner which plugs had the transplant if they want, they are on the very top of her head at her part.Face Paint: Her black eyelash ridges have some paint missing on the very edges, more on her right side. You can see her nostril paint looks the same color as her lipsLimbs: This doll's knees click loud and bend as they should, still great bending mechanism in both legs. Some polish on all fingers with some having less than 100%, see pics. The space between her feet is 1/4 of an inch on this doll not 3/4 of an inch as described originally. No foot splits that I can see, just some tiny little bites like a tiny kitty might make?I don't see any scratches on her back, it looks smooth.As I mentioned, someone filled in the little kitty teeth bites with something the color of her legs. I never saw them look as bad as they do in the pic of three views of her legs with the yellow shoes on her feet. I don't think her patching looks that bad as in the pics they look like white shadows on her legs, but I think the camera made it look much worse that they really are, I don't see white shadows, but as always I just want buyers to be aware of any imperfections that I am aware of. She IS a very nice doll.Also, I didn't have a nice CM swimsuit for you so I bought this shiny golden yellow swimsuit that I thought looked so beautiful with her amazing red hair. I also am waiting for some squishy tall maybe the same golden yellow color of boots that I thought would look special with her swimsuit and if I receive them in time I will post a pic and include them with this doll with your purchase, I expect them to arrive here tomorrow.  This GREAT Vintage lot from the 1960s offers 3 Skipper Dolls, 2 Skooter Dolls, and a Ricky doll along with 17 original outfits including HTF Accessories, swimsuits, headbands for each Skipper, and brushes for the Skipper and Skooter dolls. HTF OUTFITS include Skipper on Wheels, Country Picnic, School Girl, and Ricky's Let's Explore along with many other nice outfits! There are 4 Original doll boxes, 4 brass stands, a case and fashion booklets too! 14 outfits are COMPLETE and this includes 2 outfits for Ricky. I apologize for my long description, however I want you to know what you are bidding on. Please take the time to read this as I am a collector, not an expert! This is a very large auction with many accessories. Also, PLEASE LOOK at the pictures. I try to see and report all flaws I find. I may miss some, however I try hard not to! The dolls, their outfits and accessory items are in good to excellent/near mint condition. This lot is not for the minty or picky collector, however if you are starting to collect Skipper and her friends, I think you will be VERY SATISFIED!These items have been loved and gently played with! Because of this I consider this auction AS IS, however I will accept returns, so PLEASE see below for details. There are 2 Redhead Skippers, 1 Brunette Skipper, 1 Dark Brown hair Skooter with her ORIGINAL pigtails, and 1 Pale Blonde Skooter and a Ricky doll. There are no haircuts, no green, no missing fingers or toes, and no deep play scratches. The dolls are the straight leg version and are properly marked on their bottoms. Each one has a Japan stamp on the bottom of one foot. The Pale Blonde Skooter does not have her pigtails. I bought her from her original owner who said she kept messing them up when she first got her, so she took them out almost immediately! One of the redhead Skippers has a little bit of her eyebrow missing on one side and her bangs have a little part in the center. The dolls have good color to their vinyl bodies and are clean. I did note a little swinginess to the dolls arms when the arms are by their sides, but once dressed, their arms hold all poses. Ricky has a very light reddish tint on his shoulders and ankles/feet. He was stored in his Little Leaguer outfit. Skipper's Complete OutfitsCountry Picnic - Awesome condition! I'm including the picnic basket from Barbie's Picnic Set outfit. I like to use it when displaying Country Picnic and thought you would too.Skipper on Wheels - includes the HTF red sunglasses and the Skooter is great! NO melt marks noted! There are two very small discolorations on the back of the skirt, one is noticeable . The skateboard has a couple of tiny dings to the yellow color. School Girl - includes the little HTF glasses! One book has a tiny bit of edgewear. Outfit looks so good on Skooter!Dog Show - the dog is a creamy color, fur is a little flat here and there, and the little ears have been trimmed, one more than the other.What's New at the ZooRed SensationBallet Class - stitching at top of leotard is missing in a couple of places, there is a small run on the leotard top in the back also.Can You Play? - the elastic in the panties is stretched.Two Dreamtime outfits - one is nicer than the other! One has no tag and there is residue that looks like tape on the bottom of one phone. Also, the elastic in the waists of both of the PJ bottoms is a bit stretched.Rain or Shine - bill on hat is a little frayed.Platter Party Partial Skipper outfitHearts 'n Flowers - missing granny glasses, purse, and one pencil. One book does have edgewear.ALL Flats for Skipper are marked Japan on the bottom and have no splits. I did note a tiny bit of roughness on the upper edges of a couple. I did not see any markings on the bottom of any other shoes or boots.Ricky's Complete OutfitsLet's Explore! - Missing loop at top of zipper, otherwise Awesome!Lights Out - tiny spot on inside of robe, elastic is tight in pj bottom.Partial Ricky Set - Super condition - no socksLittle Leaguer - hem of shirt has loose threads and the tag is frayed. The little baseball is missing. The tennis shoes have a pink tint from the red socks.Snaps are present on all items that should have them. Except as noted above, all clothing items look clean with no tears. No unpleasant odors.Original Doll Boxes, four included. Two are for each of the Skooter dolls, one for Skipper (marked Redhead) and one for Ricky, All have good graphics! Ricky's box shows the most age related wear. The insides of a couple show marks, three have end flap corners that are torn, price tags on two, handwritten price on one and all have rubbed edges. The lids also show rubs and wear on two. There is also a little "rippling" on the top side of the two Skooter boxes. They are not stained like they got wet so I don't know what caused this. I'm making these boxes sound bad, they are not all that bad, I just want you to know what I see. Please see the pictures.Four original brass stands are included and several fashion booklets. The Skipper Skooter doll case is very nice! There are small tears where the lid opens on the inside, top and bottom. One tear on top of front where the hinge is and a tiny slit (hard to see) and a tear on the bottom. The inside is clean and still has the drawers and one elastic strap to hold the doll. The metal latch has a little pitting. The handle is great! Free Shipping!
