Beautiful Vintage #1 Ponytail Barbie Doll 1959 One Owner OG Stand & Collection!
RARE FIND! Number One Blonde Ponytail Barbie with the Original Early Fashions, Pronged TM Mattel #1 Stand Accessories and Case Little nine year old Alice received the first issue Barbie teenage fashion doll for Christmas in 1959. Mattel’s Barbie had just made her debut at the International Toy show in New York. This is a rare opportunity to own a very special number one Barbie with the original “one owner” childhood collection. It includes many early fashions, complete with the jewelry and accessories This Ponytail Barbie is stunning with her cute upturned nose and signature ponytail. She has dramatic lightning shaped eyebrows and handpainted makeup ; blue side glancing eyes, blue eyeliner, smoky eye shadow, coral red lips, red fingernails and toenails. She’s truly stunning and in remarkable condition for being 64 years old. She is 99% original and retains most of her original factory characteristics This number one blonde ponytail has the extended hairline, which is different from the number threes and later dolls. She is very unusual and rare in that she has two distinctly different hairlines from left to right. Her right side is curved and differs from the straighter hairline on the left. She is wearing her original hairstyle set with the top knot and hard curl at the bottom. The ponytail has been retied with matching colored thread as the band was shot. Her hair is uncut and she has no missing plugs. She has a flocked scalp, silky floss hair in baby chick yellow, full poodle bangs with well defined curls and a cute spit curl on her forehead. Her make up is excellent. as is the the nail and toenail polish. She has all of the correct markings on her bottom; Mattel Barbie TM, 1958 in Roman numerals, pat pending and the number 65. She is marked Japan on the bottom of one foot. Her limbs are nice and tight, but she is able to hold any pose. Her neck moves freely, and there are no issues. She has beautiful and even creamy, pale pinkish ivory body color which is amazing as I e usually sees a in e sort of fading . She has beautiful straight legs with the desired daylight shown only between the thigh and knee , and knee and ankle…A sign of classical beauty with models. She has holes in each of her feet with the original copper tubes present. And she even has her original Mattel TM two prong stand which is very valuable! She has had very minor work done.. a professional restoration to her right pinky and a little touch up to her eyelash ridges. There was also one teeny pinpoint freckle on her left leg just below the knee that has been touched up to match the body color . If you look closely at the photos, you will see how gorgeous this doll is. I have not seen one in original condition that is this outstanding. Barbie has a boyfriend , Ken, who will be listed in a separate listing. Blonde Barbie comes with her original iconic black and white swimsuit, white cat, eyeglasses, black, OT mules with holes. Thankfully her feet do not have any of the staining that is typical with these Barbies. She also has her original gold bangle, hoop earrings! One hole per ear and no green ear! How perfect is this girl?! She is FABULOUS! It was so fun to find Barbie in her original little nest with all the fun boxes and precious accessories that Alice had lovingly kept and preserved. You can tell that this Barbie was truly loved and treasured. Alice did not let other children touch or play with her doll :-)*** This collection would not be complete without a photo of little Alice in December of 1959 around the time that she received this Barbie for Christmas. The photo is included here and a printed copy along with the original provenance of this doll will come with the collection upon request Barbie will come with her original white Ponytail case , dated 1961. Beautiful Vint #1 Bru. Braid Barbie Doll 1959 One Owner repro Stand & Clothing
I am downsizing my personal dolls. This is my original Barbie doll. She is in wonderful condition as I was taught to "play nice" with my toys and keep them in good condition as we were not a wealthy family. The clothing is TM and R tagged as I did have a #3, but we went on a trip to the ocean, Barbie went swimming, and I can only assume that she ended up back in Japan! The rubber bands were rotted, so I replaced them. Other than this, her hair is in its original set. As a child, I did comb her bangs out straight, which I think can be reset. There are no trims or missing plugs, and her braided ponytail is how I got her. I think my mom hunted for a doll that had the same hair style that I always wore. I am including a reproduction #3 stand that was made by some friends of mine who work in the aerospace industry and are the same dimensions as the original #3 stand. All of the clothing is in near mint to mint condition with no flaws that I can find except for some fraying on the ends of the tags. The only other flaw that I can see is that the fish has some dents in it which is typical. There are a few pairs of black #1 shoes, the rest were for my #3's outfits. The case is missing the drawer. There are two versions of rolling pins, and I have no idea of how I got two except maybe from my neighbor who played dolls with me. Barbie has slight rubs on the leading edge of her lashes. Her earrings are original, and there is no green ear. There looks to be soil and she could use a bath. She is marked on her behind BARBIE TM PATS PEND MCMLVIII MATTEL INC.The bottom of her foot is stamped JAPAN inside of a square indented box, a very early #1 marking. The brass tubes are still in her feet, and they are not loose. Her limbs are all tight and she holds a pose. She smells like crayons. The pink phone is not included, I will try to find the outfit that it goes with and sell it later. (Condition: Pre-Owned)

A loved and played with lot that was put away years ago...Many hard to find black label clothing items, two boxed Skipper #950 (Brunette & Redhead) and huge amount of accessories Please check photos for condition, some in great shape, some needs a little TLC. Expect usual signs of play and the slight smell of being stored for years..The last photo shows some of the items I noticed needed TLC or I was unsure if Barbie Ask questions and happy bidding!! This lot includes 5 vintage 1960s Ken dolls, Allan dolls and Ricky, complete with original black tag clothes and accessories. The dolls are 12 inches in length except for the 1 Ricky (Boxed) and include 2 Allan dolls ( One Box) , 1 blonde molded hair Ken ( One Box), 1 brunette molded hair Ken, as well as many genuine vintage Mattel black tag outfits with original Japan shoes, Clothes range in condition from good/excellent to slightly dirty. All dolls are free of neck splits and missing digits. There are the following condition issues: brunette molded hair Ken has slight scrap on hair and shown in photo. Blonde molded hair Ken is in good shape. There is one swingy leg, they all hold a pose and are in generally good display shape. Two nice original Ken cases are included, see photos for condition. The set includes original pieces, such as shoes, socks/tights, hats, sandals, and other doll accessories as seen in photos. The dolls are in their original condition and are not personalized. They are part of the Ken and Allan series by Mattel, and were manufactured in Japan in 196O’s. They are in good condition, no neck splits, missing digits or nose nips. NOTE: There is only one doll in this listing.Here is a Color Magic Barbie that came with Golden Blonde hair changed to Scarlet Flame. Her hair color has been changed back and forth a few times over the years because I still love to play with my dolls. She has a full head of beautiful hair with hair quality not affected by the color changes. She can be changed back to Golden Blonde if you prefer that color.Barbie's face paint is lovely, she has the correct marking on her bottom, her legs click 3 times, and her arms hold a pose. Her fingernail polish is in good condition and she has no toenail polish.One of my favorite Barbie fashions is Studio Tour and, with her Scarlet Flame hair color, this girl looks fantastic in it. The outfit is complete and in excellent condition and the tie strings are intact. Also included is the navy blue tagged Barbie swimsuit in the photo. This doll is in excellent condition with her beautiful high color make-up. Her hair is thick and a beautiful golden yellow color with no missing hair plugs. No green ear or piercings. Doll is clean, there is extremely minimal surface wear from play but nothing that stands out as a major flaw - there are no visible scratches, fading or wear on her. Still has 85% of her nail polish. Legs bend 3 times and hold a pose. Limbs are nice and tight. No toe nail polish as they did not put it on this doll. Harlequin diamond print swimsuit is in good condition and includes HTF matching headband (elastic is still good on both pieces). Matching turquoise mules/high heels. Shoes do not have cracks or splits and spike heels are straight. Left heel is marked JAPAN. Included are the original packages of color magic powder, Color A and Color B. Opened and minimal amount used. Packages are taped shut.Both HTF applicator sponges are included (becoming dry and need to be handled with care).Bundle of ribbons marked JAPAN and 4 colored metal hair clips are included. Vintage Barbie Titian TNT 1966 Japan Color Magic Bend LEG Twist Turn Clone Fur

This gal absolutely cream of the crop, she is truly a very nice doll. She is appears only gently used, and has an incredible face!! Barbie here has giant pink lips, glowing pink cheeks, stunning blue eyes, and dark full eyebrows. She has nice dark lashes that compliment her bright makeup wonderfully. I dont believe her hair has ever been played with too much as the original band was present but crumbling, so a fresh one has been installed for you!Her hair is a gorgeous shade of orangy red. Although it is not as long as others I have seen before, It has a lot of pumpkin, strawberry, and silver tones to it. I thoroughly scanned her scalp and did not find a single empty hair plug! Barbie’s gorgeous red hair comes to halfway down her back, her bangs and mane are very soft and fun to brush! Her unique hair colorblocks wonderfully with many outfit choose for her~Barbie’s body is good overall, and nice for display. It does not seem to have been played with roughly or heavily as each limb is very tight. She has no swingy arms, legs, or waist! All 10 fingers and 10 tiny toes. Both knees bend click firmly three times each, and every limb hold every pose firmly with no swingy-ness or loose. She does have some pale pink polish remaining on her fingers and toes. She has no ankle taps or bites, which is almost unheard of for vintage Barbie!! She does have a couple minor signs of age and wear, such as a few earring holes per ear, a lighting in coloration near her ears, a scratch on her left calf, and some minor discolorations on her legs. Although these flaws are mostly minor and are hidden by any outfit. The paling near her ears is more noticeable in the photos than it is in person. *If you do not wish to have the vintage outfit and her original hair bow, please feel free to message me offer your best price for the doll, and you can receive the doll nude **This vintage clone ensemble is nothing short of showstopping!! It is crafted of a luxurious black cotton velvet and white furry trim, and is in overall displayable, nice vintage condition. The stitching is strong on the dress and coat with no rips or tears. Coat has all original snaps strong and working with glass diamanté in gold setting. Dress features fur trim and chevron accent hemming, missing snap on back, Black parent purse is nice and shiny with gold button closure. Shoes are not Mattel and show splits, age and play, but display well! Any dirt or discolorations on the dolls, face, arms, legs, and issues on the clothing have not been attempted to be remedied, cleaned, or removed. Vintage Barbie Clone Doll Uneeda Miss Suzette LOT Original and RARE Clothing EXC
Here is my Beautiful Brunette Miss Suzette! Her hair and bangs are long and thick. Her hair is dry and needs a good conditioning treatment. Face paint is nicely intact, minor face paling. It looks like she has porcelain skin ?a minor rub on one brow, please see photos. Her head moves and holds a pose easily, for that dramatic look! It’s almost like she is squinting her eyes. No touch ups or reroots. No green ear or neck splits. She has all her fingers and toes. She will display beautifully as you can see! So many options to posing her. Arms are tight ,legs are a bit swingy but as you can see in the pictures they hold a pose. She has a full attire of clothing to play with! Swimsuit light blue color is HTF ! Needs a couple stitches by one leg opening, however will Display beautifully as is. Black coat needs a couple stitches on one shoulder arm seam. See pics. Matching dress has a snap replaced in the back. Blue and white floral strapless dress has buttons for her signature original closure. I have found that the cotton strapless dresses run a bit big, due to use and age. No stains or holes. Red and white patterned dress is also button closure and can sometimes be hard to find. Light purple taffeta dress with netting has a small tear in the netting, it’s small and very hard to see. Button closure and soft ribbon accent. Floral sheath with pink wide collar has a snap closure. I believe this is a Miss Suzette, but not a 100 percent sure. Looks sweet on her. Purple Sheath can be super hard to find. It fits her perfectly! No stains or holes. All clothes are clean. White OT mules includedShe is a rare doll with some VHTF clothing! VTG ‘62 Midge Barbie Bubblecut Doll, ‘66 Ballerina Barbie, ‘66 Superstar Barbie, ‘68 Malibu Ken & ‘66 Francie. Francie’s hair and face are in poor condition but the body is in great condition. Legs bend and hold a pose perfectly. Zoom in on the photo to see more detail. Dolls with bendable legs all click and all are marked Mattel 1966. Also included is a Barbie trunk with many outfits. Most outfits are complete. There are a few missing a too or a bottom. Some are thought to be original Mattel but unable to confirm because the tags are removed. Vintage Barbie Titian TNT 1966 Japan Color Magic Bend LEG Twist Turn Clone Fur

Please note the green striped dress seen in some photos is not included with this sale**Up for grabs today is a wonderful opportunity to own this stunning color magic - black cherry, TNT Barbie! This gal absolutely cream of the crop, she is truly a very nice doll. She is appears only gently used, and has one of the most breathtaking and stunning faces I have ever seen for vintage Barbie!Barbie here has giant bright pink lips, glowing pink cheeks, stunning blue eyes, and dark full eyebrows. She has very long, dark dramatic lashes that compliment her bright makeup beautifully. Her hair is a gorgeous shade of purple eggplant. It has a lot of red, purple, and silver tones to it, while some deep under-sides of her hair hidden from light and air (oxidation) retain that rich, midnight black original color. She has wonderful soft smooth bangs, they are very glossy and fun to brush!! Her hair density is on the thicker side of the spectrum, which is highly uncommon for the delicate/coarse color magic hair fiber Barbie dolls. I thoroughly scanned her scalp and did not find a single empty hair plug. Her hair is full length as well, as it extends down her back, and a bit past her waist, forming a pointed tip as intended. Most TNTs had their long hair cut flat and leveled off when kids had scissors, but this gal’s hair has survived. Barbie’s body is good overall, and nice for display. It does not seem to have been used or played with very much as each limb is very tight. She has no swingy arms, legs, or waist. All 10 fingers and 10 tiny toes. Both knees bend click firmly three times each, and every limb hold every pose firmly with no swingy-ness or loose. She does have some pale pink polish remaining on her fingers and toes. She has no ankle taps or bites, which is almost unheard of for vintage Barbie!! She does have a couple minor signs of age and wear, such as a few earring holes per ear, a faint pale dot on her right cheek, and some discolorations on her legs and hips. Although these are faint and are hidden by any outfit. The pale dot on her left cheek is more noticeable in the photos than it is in person. If you do not wish to have the outfit and her original hair bow, please feel free to offer your best price for the doll, and receive the doll nude. This vintage clone ensemble is nothing short of showstopping!! It is crafted of a glowing red cotton velvet and real fur, and is in overall displayable, nice vintage condition. Original snap present, complete and working! The stitching is strong on the hat and coat with no rips or tears. Fur trim is genuine and delicate. Tagged with paper label inside. Fur has some areas of loss but not easily visible on display!! Silver purse is bright and shiny with white bead closure. Boots are stamped Japan Mattel and show signs of stains, age and play, but display well! Any dirt or discolorations on the dolls, face, arms, legs, and issues on the clothing have not been attempted to be remedied, cleaned, or removed. VINTAGE BARBIE Gorgeous American Girl Ash Blonde In Box!
Up for your consideration is a beautiful ash blonde American Girl Barbie in her original box with her gold wire stand and open toe aqua heels. She looks like she has had very little, if any, play time. Her hair is medium length, and is a very unique lovely strawberry blonde color. She doesn’t have any haircuts or missing hair plugs. Her bangs could use some taming to lay flat, as is typical of these dolls. She doesn’t have any green discoloration around her ears or evidence of treatment of it. There are no nose nips, neck splits, or missing fingers or toes. Her face paint is still very vivid with her beautiful aqua blue side glancing eyes and pretty peachy lips.Her body is in excellent condition; the only flaws I see is that her right arm is slightly swingy, but will still hold a pose, and there are a couple of small indentations on her feet/ankles. Her legs are secure at the hips, and click, bend, and hold in all three positions. Her box shows some shelf wear but all corners are intact, and her hair color sticker “ash blonde” is still adhered. Her swimsuit is in great condition, as are her open toe aqua heels. Her gold wire stand is included, but her booklet is missing.
