The dress was found at a recent estate, and as I had not seen it previously, I had help identifying it. With D-cell batteries (not included), it still does work a little when you turn it on by the stick shift, but a little tab on the tailpipe piece broke off, so it cuts out, because it cannot hold the batteries in tight.
