She can use some TLC.Her hair is dry and can use shampoo and conditioner! It is all there but it needs styling Her face can use a touch up too. She needs new eyes! All Willy Wildebras Dolls were fully hand painted in those days. This Willy can use some nee paint too but that is a project for the new owner!<br />She comes in her Dirndle dress from Germany.
