Has tiny green spots both ears. Several spots on face and body. (See pics for complete description )She comes with a R box. The box is in good shape. All corners intact. TM stand, original silver hoop earrings, white sunglasses with blue lenses, black and white zebra swimsuit, original booklet, and black open toed sandals.(Shoes are replacement) Box insert is a replacement. Sunglasses need one temple repaire
