Excellent condition overall. The pink felt hat is very nice. This dress is very susceptible o developing tiny little holes and there are some scattered on the skirt. You really have to look to see them. A graduated pearl necklace and gloves are included, I just forgot to include them in the photo.<br /><br /><br /><br />Comes from a cat-friendly, non-smoking home
