Barbie Unique Boutique. RARE 1970 Holy Grail Of late Mod period and 1970s Barbie structures. Condition is listed as used since it does not come with the original box. It is mint except for the sign which the previous owner tried to make stronger by cutting up a vintage Living Barbie box and taped it to the back of sign. See pics. I left it alone. I purchased this around 17 years ago. I never displayed this. I took the tissue off for the first time since purchasing it. It was like Christmas! No fading or color loss to any of the vinyl.
