This is a rare, HTF, piece of Barbie history. This house was designed by Mattel and produced in 1963 so many girls would have a place to play with their new Barbieâ??s. This one even has the closet rack and hangers. House was purchased for a young girl by her parents in 1963. She kept it in excellent condition after she finished her doll phase. However it has some writing on one of the top walls in pencil and there is a small tear in the cardboard on the back side top. When this house unfolds it huge! Covered most of our dining room table. Folds nicely into a box measuring 22 inches by 10 i
