Everything shown in the pictures is included. Iâ??m also including a bunch of dishes and food and accessory extras. New batteries have been put in and the phones work. This hotel is in excellent condition. There is some fading in the plastic due to the age. The elevator goes up and down. The phones talk and ring. This is a chance to on some real history here. Original instructions paperwork is included.
