DESCRIPTION: Vintage Barbie Ponytail #2 Original Body NECK KNOB: Fully intact. Zero chips. TORSO: As seen, faint dimples and "nipples", to the bust. The rear has orange staining, the Barbie T.M. stamp is perfect. (The dark dot on Barbie's back has been removed, it was a piece of glitter). ARMS: Both have the rubber feel, slight discoloration near the hands. Faint dimples to the vinyl near each upper arm. HANDS: All fingers are intact as well as the original red polish. Light surface dirt is present in between Barbie's fingers. As you can see, her hands are larger. LEGS: Both legs are straight, one heavy scratch to the inner left leg, near Barbie's knee (revealing a pale white). The back has what appears to be orange "Sharpie" stains. Please advise, the color is not 100% consistent on the legs due to the ink bleeding. Barbie's left foot has a slight flesh tint when compared to her right foot. The foot that is stamped JAPAN is more pale in color (ivory). The legs are functioning, however, I do not recommend placing her in the sitting position due to her age. I've only done so for the photograph. The Barbie body weighs 5.2 ounces. STAMP: Legible JAPAN stamp with a rectangle box around the lettering. Horizontal JAPAN print. All joints/limbs are tight. Zero repairs to the Barbie body. ORIGINAL BARBIE #2 BODY FROM 1960.
