Playset is new still sealed in its original box. Box did acquired damage over the years in storage and comes exactly as shown, see pictures. Looks like box got wet on one end at some point and dried up. The part that got wet acquired a tear/rip on one of the corners. The tear is big enough that some dust/dirt may have got into the box over time. Since the item was never opened, it is being sold as is, sale is final. I cannot accept a return once the item is opened. Once again, being sold as is, as shown, new, never opened with box wear/damage, sale is final. ... ...
