eBay It's October 27th. If the house doesn't sell right away I will be changing it to a bidding auction with the starting bid at 1600. I've seen what these go for in bidding every single one of them went for higher than this......and none of them had as much furniture or better condition as far as the pink not being faded or discolored at all. I had it sold and the sale fell through unexpectedly. I have since completely disassembled it without any of the plastic pieces breaking or losing any hardware. No stripped screws. Everything remained intact. I have updated the album as well. You can find the link in the last picture. There are close to 200 pictures of the house from empty to completely set up and arranged to disassembled and ready for shipping. There's even a video of the washer and dryer working. Also showing all the lights working. Every detail I could think of is in that album. It's a big purchase as it was also a huge labor of love to get all those photos of the different stages. There are only a few of these listed every year. It was appraised in August at over 2k and now in October its gone up another 200 dollars. As it gets closer to the holiday season it will only go up. The amount of original pieces and extras is incredible. I've also had several collectors point out the fact that mine doesn't have all the discoloration that's found with MOST of these that aren't new in box. And that's because it's been stored in a walk in closet with no windows or direct sunlight for years. It's over 30 years old after all. It will come DISASSEMBLED to fit in a box. Pictures have been taken of every single piece of this process to avoid any possible return requests. Some level of wear and tear should be expected and I am NOT responsible for any damage incurred putting it back together. This will come fully insured and has signature delivery confirmation, which is required of any item over $750 on ebay. The item is cross posted as I am not new to ecommerce or even this selling platform. Keep in mind that part of the insurance policy says the item can't be put back in transit or it voids the policy.
