Payment Policy Payment is due within 2 days of auction close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days. Ebay defaults to only online payments but we have no problem with personal checks or money orders. Just be sure to tell us you're sending one and note that checks are held up to 10-15 days to clear. For those of you who missed all the fun - eBay decided to punitively punish us for 9 months as we refused to sign up for their "managed payments" plan - in which eBay hijacked our payments in order to charge us a fee for access to OUR money when we wanted - instead of when they decide to give it to us. We finally relented when they pulled the plug on ALL our active listings (during this time, we couldn't add or edit listings but could let our normal store items "ride"). But eBay has become a very hostile environment for small business sellers - especially vintage dealers whose business model doesn't fall in line with eBay's forced one size fits all we really want to be just like Amazon model. We have been ramping up our presence in other venues - where sales tax isn't collected and we can offer better pricing.
