The bangs in front of her side-part are a bit wonky and want to stand up, but the ribbon will help train them down. I'm confident it was not cut, just one of those weird things that sometimes happened with these dolls. I'm confident because this doll and her twin were obviously owned by kids who played very, very gently with their dolls (judging by the dolls and all their clothing, 2 of everything) and I cannot see kids like that trimming hair. Ribbon has been replaced. Original paint. No damage to nose or neck. No earring holes, no green. Tush markings are indented and raised. Body is tight. Left knee holds 3 clicks back, right holds 2. She has a grayish-blue mark on the back of each calf that probably cannot be removed. No chews or pinpricks to feet or legs. Suit is tagged (tag is badly frayed) and nice, left mule marked Japan.Due to a recent incident/loss, any item over $50 in value must be shipped Priority; no exceptions. There is still a small package drifting around and USPS cannot find it; therefore, I was forced to refund the buyer nearly $60, though I followed every protocol. Since Priority is always insured to $100, I am now forced to use this to save my own bacon. This is my source of income and I'm not Walmart or Amazon, to be able to issue refunds and not feel it.
