eBay I am currently listing many fun items. Please check out my other listings and enjoy additional savings with combined shipping. If you win more than on listing please wait to pay until an adjusted invoice reflecting your savings has been forwarded. If the ebay system requires you to make immediate payment I will be happy to refund any savings through Paypal. Sorry, combined shipping is not available through ebay's Global Shipping Program. This gorgeous doll is a Ward's Exclusive from the 1960's, Wendy Ward. She is sealed in her original package and has never been removed. She is part of the Children of All Nations United series. The dolls which were originally available in this collection are listed at each side of the box. I have seen all of those listed with the exception of Miss United States and when I tried to reference this doll I was not able to find any mention or pictures of Miss United States and so believe she is extremely rare and hard to find. If by chance you are a collector and have more information on this lovely girl I'd love to receive it :)She is similar in construction to the Uneeda Miss Suzette doll from the same era and has the same Y body (I believe that's how they describe it). The eyes on Wendy Ward actually open and close and are not painted which make her very unusual and unique.Wendy is dressed as a bride and is glorious, still attached to the backboard. When I was taking pictures I noticed her eyes did not close when she as positioned laying down, however, these doll's eyes do tend to stick and sometimes will need help to open and close. Looking through the plastic, everything looks beautiful and clean but I did notice that the top straps of her plastic shoes have cracked. I've tried to picture this but it may be hard to see in the picture. I believe the box and plastic wrap are in nice vintage preloved condition with small signs of wear but, truly, being around approximately 60 years it is fabulous! Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions that may be important to you and I will do my best to answer them. Again, she is sealed in her package and I am not able to take her out but have not reason to believe that she is not in wonderful vintage pre-loved condition. This beautiful Wendy Ward doll will be mailed Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Sorry, no returns will be accepted and so please make sure to ask any additional questions that may be important to you before bidding purchasing (Condition: Pre-Owned)
