eBay Rare 1963 New Barbie Dream House #4092 This 1963 New Barbie Dream House is made of cardboard and is really beautiful and colorful. This was my gift from Santa on Christmas Day 1963! How excited I was to get this! It was well loved and has normal wear for a product of its age. You will receive exactly what is in the pictures. The lamp is missing and most of the furniture has tape marks on them as well as the outside of the house. Below is a listing of the features in this gorgeous and rare New Dream House. The kitchen has functioning cabinets and oven door. The living room is decorated with beautiful wall décor, fireplace and bookshelves along with the functioning shutter pass through. The bedroom has a wardrobe with the rod and functioning doors. The patio with its wood storage and grill space even has the outdoor hedge and brick wall! This incredible piece of history includes everything from the TV with 3 reversible inserts, the rug, furniture and a functional sliding patio door. It has all the turn screws as well. Please refer to all pictures as they serve as part of the description. You will receive what is pictured. I tried to capture the imperfections and taped items but I have many more pictures and would be happy to send them to you 5 at a time. The eating table has a bent leg and the wardrobe base is loose on the left side. There are a few bends here and there on the insert pieces and a small, mostly unnoticeable tear on the top flap. There are a few “age spots” under the base. Please note that I will not be accepting returns on this item due to the fragility of it so please look carefully at the pictures and ask questions.
