eBay You will not find her equal! Stunning and very rare Art Doll. Julian Kalinowski created these Bild Lilli inspired handmade one of a kind Lalka dolls. She is absolutely gorgeous and very hard to find as there were fewer black dolls produced. Most searches will show very few come up at all. Julian Kalinowski is a true artist and he handmade each one with exceptional detail. He stopped producing these many years ago so they are getting harder to find as people tend to keep these. I was Very lucky to buy the doll directly from him 10 years ago. I believe his dolls will be sought after for years to come. I am paring down my entire Barbie and Bild Lilli collection. Please look for my other BIN items. This is a Lilli Lalka which was likely created in the early 2010s. She has gorgeous face paint with the Barbie #1 expression and eyebrows. Her hair is done in black viscose and is an intricate hairstyle updo. Her eyes are green and she has blue eyeshadow. Her earrings are painted white on black. White on black earrings were much rarer on Julians dolls. She is 100% original and handpainted. She has a matte finish. Her body is perfect except for a slight blemish at her hip, like a small undyed spot and a rub on her back. Both very small and likely happened in production. Her feet are perfectly painted and she's has holes on the bottom of both feet. Her stand is made to copy the original Bild Lilli Doll Stand, and has a metal wire which goes into the stand and into either of her foot holes. She is a little wobbly on the stand but you can pose her into place and she will hold a pose.She is wearing her original gown That Julian designed for her. It is a strapless white chantung silk gown with white and gold embroidery embellishments. It has a matching coat/ cape. She has short opera gloves and a small clutch purse in brown.
