Barbie's New Dreamhouse, Mattel 1964 #4092A rare playset with some wear but still a great find. This play set can be opened in such a way that you can change the arrangements and flow eg. making the kitchen much bigger. It is set up in current formation for ease of pictures. The set includes all original items and is complete except the assembly booklet and missing one of the 4 metal wingnuts. The top near the remaining wingnut is torn so it closes but doesn't hold. The two wingnuts on the bottom are intact and work. We have included an extra table, 2 chairs, tv, and fence for the patio, all original as well.Barbie's New Dream House includes: Living room has wonderful graphics with great fireplace with 3 cardboard books for shelfLiving room furniture includes yellow couch, 2 orange comfy chairs, coffee table, side table, tv with the 3 original cardboard pictures with images on both sides and floor lamp. The rare green paper living room rug is a bit wrinkled and has a couple of tears in it but still pulls the living room together. Kitchen is intact with peek through opening to the living room. The oven opens and closes but has a worn spot as does the sink. The other cupboards open and close and the awning stands out as it should though the tabs are worn.The kitchen furniture includes a table that can be moved into four different slots, making different arrangements. The legs are bent and a little frayed. The two kitchen chairs are still fairly sturdy.Bedroom is complete. The closet doors open and have wire for hanging clothes, a drawer and shelves. The end of the shelves are a little worn. The bedroom furniture includes a bed that has some smudges on it, a night stand and lamp, a chair that is a little frayed and the mirror for the vanity.The patio is in great shape with a cool built in grilling area and wood burning underneath. It has as a wonderful see through sliding door, a chaise lounge, a hedge and brick fence. We have included an extra brick fence and table, two chairs and tv all from another original Barbie New Dream House. We take care in our shipping. This play set is wrapped in bubble wrap with paper and shipped in a recycled box. Barbie's New Dream House from 1964 is part of a larger complete Barbie Collection being sold by Vintage at Stone Cottage. We are a new small business and starting with a Vintage Barbie Collection from 1959-1966 that has been collected for over 25 years. We have all the original cardboard construction pieces coming up for sale, original and reproduction Barbies from each of these years such as #5 ponytail, Bubble Cut, Fashion Barbie, Swirl Ponytail Barbie, Miss Barbie with bendable legs. We have the original Irwin cars, Barbie cases from each year plus every Barbie outfit from 1959-1965 and many from 1966. Most items are complete or near complete. We have some reproductions to fill in the gaps but the majority are original and clothes black label Mattel. We plan on putting much of the collection up for auction in the coming weeks. Thank you.
