This is a rare OOAK (one of a kind) collectible Mattel 1966 markings Vintage Francie Twist N Turn Barbie Doll. It would make a great addition to any doll collection or a wonderful gift for a Barbie enthusiast. The doll stands at 11 inches tall and features beautiful brown eyes and lighter reddish-brown hair. Francie was well-cared for and is in beautiful condition. Her rooted eyelashes are intact, and the legs click nicely. She also twists smoothly at the waist. I have not been able to identify this doll but it's obvious her beautiful hair has been modified. She also has darker skin similar to Sunset Francie and Yellowstone Kelley dolls.
