This is a brand/like new item, it may have some noticeable scuffs or scratches on the outer box but the doll was never played with, owned by an elderly person who was an avid collector of rare and vintage Barbies.This item is free shipping however will need to be insured and signed for upon delivery. Will accept returns but buyer pays for return back to us and must include insurance as well if not satisfied. If you are returning the item it must be in the exact same condition as shown in the photos attached, if the doll has been removed, played with, or in any other case used or tampered with we will not honor the return.
