This auction is for a Mattel 11-1/2” Midge doll. The head does not match the body and I am not sure of the date of the head but it appears to be from the 1960’s. She is in nice condition. I have only cleaned her with alcohol and a Magic Eraser, no chemicals. She has Brunette hair and bright blue eyes. Her painted eyebrows are in excellent condition. Her painted eyes are in excellent condition. Her arms and legs rotate, as they should and are tight (hold their pose). Her hands and fingers are in great shape as are the toes and feet. White ball earrings in the ears, no greening. NO greening on the body, a red spot on the back of her right arm, see pic. NO bite or chew marks. NO splitting at the neck. I don’t find any missing hair plugs. The markings indicate the body is from 1964 to 1966. The markings are raised print: MIDGE TM 1962 BARBIE ©1958 BY MATTEL, INC. PATENTED Her left cheek is marked with the #14 I make every effort to list any flaws in the items I post. I don’t want anyone to be disappointed when the item is received.
