I received this doll at a once in a lifetime celebration for Barbie’s 50th anniversary. The National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention was in Washington DC in 2009. When I opened this Robert Best perfection, she took my breath away. I don’t know that there is a more beautiful Barbie doll! This retro inspired Barbie is beautifully crafted in Silkstone. The doll wears an elegant gown of golden brocade, featuring a mermaid skirt, and vintage inspired jacket. This doll has never been removed from her box. The inside is absolutely pristine. She comes in a black box with gold lettering and two of the corner corners have a tiny bit of the black rubbed off. I opened this box many times, just to tell her good night.She comes from a pet free and smoke free home. I’m selling my convention dolls because I plan on moving to a smaller home to be close to my grandchildren. You need this doll in your collection! Only 1200 of these were made worldwide. This is a very rare and special Barbie. (Condition: Brand New)
