Vintage 1962 Barbie & Midge EVENING SPLENDOR NRFB Complete Outfit Mint #0961

New old stock!The slim brocade dress found in Golden Girl #911 accessorized completely for a fabulous night on the town! The matching gold and white brocade coat was slim in styling with three-quarter length sleeves trimmed in brown fur, and was completely lined in a pale blue satin for contrast. The "pearl" trimmed fur headband hat matched the brown fur cuffs and is accented by a "pearl" necklace with matching earrings, turquoise wide wale corduroy clutch with white satin lining and gold bead closure, and a tiny un-hemmed white hankie (hankies had a woven-in line pattern — they were not made from plain fabric.) Brown open-toe pumps and short white tricot gloves completed Barbie® doll's elegant ensemble.Never removed from packaging! Mint. From 1962.See photos.
