Vintage Barbie Deluxe Dream House Play-set 18638 Mattel 1998 Furnished w/box. Hi, I'm a first time seller but my father is assisting me and he's been an avid eBay seller since 1997. The house itself has little if any play wear. The elevator still works and the tabs that keep the fold down balcony and interior upper floor in place are still intact. There is some fading of the pink window window frames on the exterior due to sun exposure. The interior wall cardboard on the upper floor is loose but could likely be reattached easily. The door hinges to the stove are broken preventing it from hanging open, but the tab is there to keep it closed. In comparing the accessories against the original instructions, nearly all are present including the original cardboard memory book. Missing are 2 clear pink pitchers, a clear pink dish and some utensils. Added to the set are a gold colored scale and Kleenex box. All the drapes, cushions and bed spreads are there. Please review the pictures for more detail.The box is in very decent shape with various edge wear from storage and past taping.
