This is a rare and hard-to-find vintage Barbie #857 Mix 'n Match Gift Set from 1960/1962. The set includes a coat/jacket, skirt, blouse, book, sunglasses, mule sandals etc., some off white due to age, some are not tagged but are original, perfect for any occasion. The clothing type is a variety of options, including pants, shoes, socks/tights, and more making over 70 combinations! The blue bra is missing but could be replaced (if found will add to listing). Clothing appears to be in great condition and is not attached to backing. The set is exclusive and comes in a gift box, making it a great addition to any Barbie collection, with some damage to the box, the backing is present on right side behind clothes, none on left side, see pictures. The blonde Ponytail #4 Barbie doll appears to have never been played with, no neck splits, just a dot of green ear with replaced doll safe earrings. She is a girl doll and is made of hard plastic material. This Barbie is an original and licensed doll set from Mattel and was manufactured in Japan in the 1960s.
