Up for auction is a fantastic SEARS EXCLUSIVE Gift Set from 1970 for Barbie's friend Walking JAMIE. It is #1584 named "FURRY FRIENDS". This set is totally complete and from the same collection. It has not been pieced together and the doll is original to the set as well. Walking Jamie is in excellent condition. Her head and arms turn from side to side when the legs move after you press the button in her back. There are no stains, pin pricks, green or other damage. Her face has all the rooted lashes and gorgeous full blonde hair with no missing plugs. The outfit is quite darling and features a wonderful fluffy poodle for her to take on a walk! The dog is perfect and has his rare YELLOW bowl of food, plastic bone (small melt mark), cardboard dog food box, and hot pink vinyl collar and leash. The outfit is complete with her yellow checkerboard knit dress with belt, orange plush acrylic coat and matching hat, HTF yellow nylon panty with scalloped edge, and HTF soft courreges style boots, and hot pink pilgrim shoes. Finally Jamie has her VHTF sheer nylon hot pink hair scarf. What a wonderful set to find original and totally complete!
