All pieces are accounted for. All pieces are free of impressions indentions and tears. All pieces are stain free. Absolutely zero pieces have been purposely punched out, however, there are a few pieces that are nearly punched out due to handling, as well as a couple two spaghetti thin cardboard pieces that are not part of the actual structure. The bar stools and additional furniture pieces are on the back of the candy shop pieces, they are present, just not photographed The outer box has never been folded. The blue plastic carry handle is intact, in new condition. The metal rod is present. Also included is the original instruction guide, light age discoloration a light crease down the center, as well as water spots. The original shipping box is present, is has dirt spots on it. The Mattel sticker on the outside of the box has legible writing, catalog #9303, SEARS, quantity (1).The original CAMPUS KD stamp is perfect. The structure will safely ship double boxed with plenty of padding.All items are original Mattel from the 1960's - 1980's unless noted.
