THIS LISTING is for a VINTAGE BARBIE EUROPEAN ISSUE BRUNETTE "SWIRL" PONYTAIL FROM 1964 with the fashion queen swimsuit. THIS DOLL IS ALL ORIGINAL, never removed from box/near mint in box with NO PLAYWEAR IN ALL ORIGINAL condition. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS AND READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW. feel free to ASK QUESTIONS! GORGEOUS and rare brunette "swirl" PONYTAIL WITH perfect untouched hair---she has her ORIGINAL TOP KNOT, yellow ribbon and pin with original factory cellophane intact. all original makeup WITH 100% ORIGINAL FINGERNAIL AND TOENAIL POLISH. No rubs to eyemakeup, brows or lips. SHE HAS ONE EARRING HOLE PER EAR (NO PIN PRICKS) and but does have small spots of green on both ears as shown in photos. otherwise, she is mint! I HAVE NOT REMOVED THE CELLOPHANE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO MESS UP THE HAIR, BUT I DID REMOVE THE EARRINGS TO PREVENT FUTHER GREEN. THE EUROPEAN ISSUE DOLLS were sold in the "FASHION QUEEN" gold & white striped lame' swimsuits instead of the red KNIT HELENCA SWIMSUITS (not sure why!). she is in her original vintage barbie box (stock no. 850) marked "brunette Ponytail" on the end. the box has no split corners, glue, TAPE, markings, or stains with very minimal wear as shown in the photos. nice bright graphics! also included ARE the original liner (NOT A REPRODUCTION) with some minor wear as shown in the photos, original gold wrist tag, ORIGINAL WIRE STAND, original pearl earrings, AND original "EXCLUSIVE FASHIONS BY MATTEL BOOK 1" BOOKLET with RED OPEN-TOE “JAPAN” SHOES IN ORIGINAL UNOPENED CELLOPHANE.This gorgeous and hard-to-find BARBIE will make an excellent addition to any collection!
