Rare Vintage 1960 Barbie #3 / #4 Blonde Ponytail Transitional Doll - Pretty GirlFor your consideration is this rare vintage 1960 #3 / #4 transitional Barbie doll dressed in #972 "Wedding Day Set" (1959-62) wedding dress, veil and white Japan mules (no splits). This doll has nice hair (long ponytail), darling poodle bangs, and ruby red lips, nail polish and toe polish. I love her smoky eye shadow and blue eyeliner. There are rubs to her eyebrows. All of her limbs are tight, nothing swingy. As you can see from the photos, her solid TM body has faded and has some uneven color. Butt stamp says "Barbie TM". There are a couple of light marks or lines at her hips as shown in photos, but they appear to be surface only. She is pretty the way she is, but with an eyebrow touch-up, this girl would be a knockout. The wedding dress and veil are a little dingy with age/dust. Her gloves could use a light cleaning.
