This is a rare find for collectors! A vintage Barbie #1596 Pink Premier JC Penny Exclusive 1969 set that includes a dress, coat/jacket, shoes, socks/tights, purse, and outfit. The clothing is made of cloth material and is compatible with 11-inch dolls. This set is an original and from Mattel and was manufactured in 1969. The doll is a fashion doll with a girl doll gender and a special occasion clothing style. The set is perfect for those who are looking for a complete and pristine vintage Barbie set.this outfit is in excellent condition, the elastic in the pantyhose is still tight, there are a few spots on them that look like snags , I don't think they are , I don't think this outfit was ever played with. No holes no stains , I was missing one glove ,so i bought a pair on ebay . I didn't want to sell it incomplete . It's such a beautiful outfit that it needed to be completed. The gloves I bought both have a small hole between thumb and finger. You can't tell unless you pull it apart. I really don't know how these outfits lasted, they are not very easy to take off and on .
