The House is in excellent used condition. 2 of my daughters played with this house for years. They took very good care of all their toys. There are no broken pieces, broken tabs or any cracks that I can find. The latch is still intact. All of the miscellanies pieces are included, like the plates, pitcher, drinks, kitchen pots and pans with lids. I believe all the furniture is here too. The elevator does work. Notice the Barbie Instructions also included. I scanned part of the Instructions so I could inventory the small piece parts. There’s a RED dot on each item that is included (see picture). Everything is here. There are some picture stickers and house shutters that were never used. The plants are included. Unfortunately the door to the oven is the only thing missing. I have looked and looked for it. I will save the auction winners address and if I ever find it, I will mail it to you. Notice the stickers on the Bathtub, the wall behind the bathtub and on the counter top……? They have all wrinkled over time from humidity or some reason not sure. They may have dried out. I’m also including the 1 Barbie doll & 1 Ken doll and 1 little girl in the swing. Bonus items are the Barbie heart pillow and little girls backpack. I’ve also included a few other little items not part of the set like the Toss Across game and decorative boxes, coke cans….. I intend on securely packing everything into a very large double corrugated box as best I can. I will also include insurance based on how much the item sells for.Sold as is No returns!
