My parents lovingly stored this in their house for YEARS - it was mine as a child. Now it's time to pass it on! Includes three part house, furniture and accessories as pictured, and the porch triangles. I will even include a printed set of assembly instructions! This has ALWAYS been stored in a climate controlled, smoke free home. I have photos of each piece of furniture, but eBay doesn't allow more than 24 photos so please message me if there's something you'd like to see. In overall excellent vintage condition - even the sleeve covers are in great shape. Comes with a bag of screws too - not sure if they're the original but they were in the box with everything else. I'm listing the flaws below so there are no surprises (and I have photos of everything as well):- missing one roof window box- left front door is missing plastic pins- one balcony door is missing one plastic pin- fabric on sofas is loosening (can be repaired with some glue but I didn't want to attempt)- left refrigerator door is missing a pin- some refrigerator shelves missing- one blue chair is missing pins on one side- green desk is missing two drawers (Condition: Pre-Owned)
