Vintage 1964 Straight Leg Blonde Test Market Prototype Skipper Doll in Box, SS and Vintage Original Outfit. Skipper’s hair feels thicker than the standard Skipper dolls. It has not been cut and there are no missing hair plugs. Some broken, bent hairs throughout. No neck splits, nose nips or green on her temples.All original face paint, only a hint of brush has been applied.No pierced ears. No green ear ever.Body is in very good condition, with minor played-with wear, scuffs, soil, staining. Her limbs are firmly attached to her torso and hold a pose. The red dye from her swimsuit did lightly bleed on Skipper hips.The word 'Skipper' is printed heel to toe on the bottom of the foot. She has a wider stance than later Skippers, and shorter, thicker legs.Body Markings: Skipper © 1963 Mattel, Inc. She comes wearing her Original Swimsuit in played with condition and vintage #1925 - What’s New At The Zoo? from 1966 in very good condition and Red Japan flats.Box marked Skipper Blonde shows shelf wear.Please look at the pictures as are part of my description.
