1990 Barbie Magical Mansion house NIB #4438.-9993 Never assembled.
This Barbie Mansion was just bought at an estate sale from older woman collector who had thousands of Barbies. She apparently had opened the outer box moved a few inside individual boxes around looked at directions and stopped and did not reseal outer box. The box was not unpackaged and nothing was ever put together. This mansion has special features like flickering fireplace, door bell rings, real light fixtures and lit up vanity. We showed you a few of inside boxes and resealed outer box. The item number was written on the outside box. We also will be listing 5 Barbie cars. 2 white Ferrari 1 red Ferrari 1 57 Chevy and 1 Porsha. We will allow free pick up or will charge $270 Shipping by UPS or FedEx. A few roof caps end pieces are missing, not sure if a few of the flowers are original or not,and one of the posts needs repaired. Everything is in working order that is included. I loaded all the pictures I could so please scan all them to see actual condition as pictures are actual items you will receive. This also includes a ton of furniture and other accessories. This will be fully disassembled prior to shipping and you can find a manual for this on eBay to put it back together. This is way to big to ship in one piece. This is indeed a hard to find item. This was well taken care of and in the excellent condition. Only one side was opened as you can see in the photo. Box is in excellent condition with just one side the pink paper peeled up a little as you can see in the photo. Each small box inside the big box are each labeled what’s in them and have never been removed.. Box is very heavy and very big, so this cannot be shipped USPS. If you have ever dreamed of owning one of these, and to have a new one, this is a great opportunity to own it. This can be local pick up and I am also willing to deliver for a fee as well within reason, just reach out for info. Vintage 1990 Mattel Collectors BARBIE MAGICAL MANSION HOUSE.Found at a local estate sale. This massive house comes complete with everything shown in photos. Battery was placed for testing and sounds are working. Looks to be missing but not limited too: right side of front door, battery cover, outside light above front door, some of the roof edge moldings, left front (side of door) window insert. A piece of the front outside plastic porch is broken off and will include as it may able to be repaired. One of the beams in the lower left rear is broken and will need to be fixed or replaced. (The (4) lower pillars are shown in the photos, but I forgot to attach while taking pictures.) Please note this is used and from 1990 and is being sold as in found condition.The Mansion is too large and fragile to ship in one piece. It will be carefully disassembled and safely wrapped for shipping. Please review all photos for the most accurate description and all items that are included prior to bidding. I've seen what these go for in bidding every single one of them went for higher than this......and none of them had as much furniture or better condition as far as the pink not being faded or discolored at all. Someone is sure to appreciate this house! *Got my first message that the link to the album isn't working. I added a different pic of the link so maybe it will fix the problem. I tested it from a different browser and it opened right up. Message me if you're having difficulty and I'll try to help. This listing had over 100 watchers when I ended it. I had it sold and the sale fell through unexpectedly. I have since completely disassembled it without any of the plastic pieces breaking or losing any hardware. No stripped screws. Everything remained intact. I have updated the album as well. You can find the link in the last picture. Please make sure to read the info on the last pic as well for the opportunity to get this cheaper than it's listed for now. There are close to 200 pictures of the house from empty to completely set up and arranged to disassembled and ready for shipping. There's even a video of the washer and dryer working. Also showing all the lights working. Every detail I could think of is in that album. It's a big purchase as it was also a huge labor of love to get all those photos of the different stages. There are only a few of these listed every year. It was appraised in August at over 2k and now in October its gone up another 200 dollars. As it gets closer to the holiday season it will only go up. The amount of original pieces and extras is incredible. I've also had several collectors point out the fact that mine doesn't have all the discoloration that's found with MOST of these that aren't new in box. And that's because it's been stored in a walk in closet with no windows or direct sunlight for years. But they are intact stickers that just fell off and were saved.....they can EASILY be reattached by the new owner. Important disclaimer MANY won't ship this because it's huge and fragile. It's over 30 years old after all. It will come DISASSEMBLED to fit in a box. Pictures have been taken of every single piece of this process to avoid any possible return requests. Some level of wear and tear should be expected and I am NOT responsible for any damage incurred putting it back together. This will come fully insured and has signature delivery confirmation, which is required of any item over $750 on ebay. eBay This is a 1990 Mattel Barbie Magical Mansion. Excellent condition. Looks like new! Everything is original and is in perfect, working condition. The shower line was broken but has been repaired so that it can pump water, and one lawn chair has a small crack in it. All of the battery-powered lights work. The doorbell and chandelier work too. Although the sink/vanity isn't shown in the pictures, it is included and is in perfect condition. Everything looks just like it did in the 90s! (Condition: Pre-Owned)
