Vintage Barbie Deluxe Dream House Playset 18638 Mattel 1998 Furnished w/box

Vintage Barbie Deluxe Dream House Play-set 18638 Mattel 1998 Furnished w/box. Hi, I'm a first time seller but my father is assisting me and he's been an avid eBay seller since 1997. (see https: www ebay com sch bac2future m html item 305687549935 rt nc trksid p4429486 m3561 l161211) I had this playset as a kid growing up and is in overall great condition. The house itself has little if any play wear. The elevator still works and the tabs that keep the fold down balcony and interior upper floor in place are still intact. There is some fading of the pink window window frames on the exterior due to sun exposure. The interior wall cardboard on the upper floor is loose but could likely be reattached easily. The door hinges to the stove are broken preventing it from hanging open, but the tab is there to keep it closed. In comparing the accessories against the original instructions, nearly all are present including the original cardboard memory book. Missing are 2 clear pink pitchers, a clear pink dish and some utensils. Added to the set are a gold colored scale and Kleenex box. All the drapes, cushions and bed spreads are there. Please review the pictures for more detail. The box is in very decent shape with various edge wear from storage and past taping. I will ship the playset & original box within a new shipping box.See pictures Shipping to US buyers only.On Aug-12-24 at 14:14:25 PDT, seller added the following information:to clarify further on the missing items... 2 clear pink pitchers, clear pink scallop dish, tan breadboard, tan food basket, pink open book, pink closed book, and elevator doll leg stand (Condition: Pre-Owned)

Barbie Deluxe Dream House Victorian 1998 with furniture, Misc pieces & Literatur

The House is in excellent used condition. 2 of my daughters played with this house for years. They took very good care of all their toys. There are no broken pieces, broken tabs or any cracks that I can find. The latch is still intact. All of the miscellanies pieces are included, like the plates, pitcher, drinks, kitchen pots and pans with lids. I believe all the furniture is here too. The elevator does work. Notice the Barbie Instructions also included. I scanned part of the Instructions so I could inventory the small piece parts. There’s a RED dot on each item that is included (see picture). Everything is here. There are some picture stickers and house shutters that were never used. The plants are included. Unfortunately the door to the oven is the only thing missing. I have looked and looked for it. I will save the auction winners address and if I ever find it, I will mail it to you. Notice the stickers on the Bathtub, the wall behind the bathtub and on the counter top……? They have all wrinkled over time from humidity or some reason not sure. They may have dried out. I’m also including the 1 Barbie doll & 1 Ken doll and 1 little girl in the swing. Bonus items are the Barbie heart pillow and little girls backpack. I’ve also included a few other little items not part of the set like the Toss Across game and decorative boxes, coke cans….. I intend on securely packing everything into a very large double corrugated box as best I can. I will also include insurance based on how much the item sells for.Sold as is No returns! (Condition: Pre-Owned)
