Vintage (1985) Barbie Dreamhouse Furnished W/Box /Accessories HTF-READ
This is a vintage believe to be new 1985 Mattel furnished Barbie Dream house. This comes in its original box which shows wear and tape, believe to had gotten wet at one time. This was acquired from someone who had received it from the original owner ( who was a big collector of Barbie among many other dolls. I would like to start out by saying I can not guarantee that every piece is here although it looks really good. The furniture still has its bags decals and small accessories which are still on the original plastic racks not taken apart. There is furniture accessories flowers stickers etc. The house parts themselves look good, the screws are still in the plastic bag which leads me to believe it was never actually put together. There is a refrigerator stove microwave oven vanity dining room set bed tv white sofa that turns into a bed etc. most if not all have the instructions sheet and decals. Even the smallest of pink plastic hangers and entry lights are here! Please view all photos and ask any questions before making offers. Original Mattel Vintage Barbie Dream House-1985 Original Box. This is a 1985 Barbie Dream House with most of its original pieces and box. Comes with 100+ small pieces, plants, and the furniture shown. Some extra pieces have been included. The original building manuals are included. Please know that this is collector-owned and was NEW IN BOX until about 10 years ago for display. All items pictured in this listing, including the original Barbie Dream House box and the shipping box from Mattel are part of this listing. The boxes have some slight water marks from when the house was assembled and the boxes were stored. This is a rare Barbie Dream House in this color and with all the pieces included. Many hours of imaginary play or many memories to relive! Very sweet set that could be made modern with new Barbie furniture sets sold in stores today. Some things we noticed:The kitchen chairs and wicker couch were not part of the set. Some items to note are that 2 pillars have cracked and have yellowed (pictured) due to age. Once assembled, they are not noticeable. A knob is missing from the stove. 2 outside lamps are missing some pegs, but they may be attached to the house with glue if desired. 2 pink clear doors are missing a peg. The refrigerator butter box door is cracked (pictured), but doesn't affect use. Some plants are either missing the peg hole on the bottom of the plant (manufacturer mistake) or is cracked from age. (pictured) Some of the pink plastic shows slight color change (pictured). New sticker sheets included, but may need glue. All screws are included. I've seen what these go for in bidding every single one of them went for higher than this......and none of them had as much furniture or better condition as far as the pink not being faded or discolored at all. Someone is sure to appreciate this house! *Got my first message that the link to the album isn't working. I added a different pic of the link so maybe it will fix the problem. I tested it from a different browser and it opened right up. Message me if you're having difficulty and I'll try to help. This listing had over 100 watchers when I ended it. I had it sold and the sale fell through unexpectedly. I have since completely disassembled it without any of the plastic pieces breaking or losing any hardware. No stripped screws. Everything remained intact. I have updated the album as well. You can find the link in the last picture. Please make sure to read the info on the last pic as well for the opportunity to get this cheaper than it's listed for now. There are close to 200 pictures of the house from empty to completely set up and arranged to disassembled and ready for shipping. There's even a video of the washer and dryer working. Also showing all the lights working. Every detail I could think of is in that album. It's a big purchase as it was also a huge labor of love to get all those photos of the different stages. There are only a few of these listed every year. It was appraised in August at over 2k and now in October its gone up another 200 dollars. As it gets closer to the holiday season it will only go up. The amount of original pieces and extras is incredible. I've also had several collectors point out the fact that mine doesn't have all the discoloration that's found with MOST of these that aren't new in box. And that's because it's been stored in a walk in closet with no windows or direct sunlight for years. But they are intact stickers that just fell off and were saved.....they can EASILY be reattached by the new owner. Important disclaimer MANY won't ship this because it's huge and fragile. It's over 30 years old after all. It will come DISASSEMBLED to fit in a box. Pictures have been taken of every single piece of this process to avoid any possible return requests. Some level of wear and tear should be expected and I am NOT responsible for any damage incurred putting it back together. Vintage 1978 Barbie Dream Doll House w/Furniture Accessories Porch Triangles
My parents lovingly stored this in their house for YEARS - it was mine as a child. Now it's time to pass it on! Includes three part house, furniture and accessories as pictured, and the porch triangles. I will even include a printed set of assembly instructions! This has ALWAYS been stored in a climate controlled, smoke free home. I have photos of each piece of furniture, but eBay doesn't allow more than 24 photos so please message me if there's something you'd like to see. In overall excellent vintage condition - even the sleeve covers are in great shape. Comes with a bag of screws too - not sure if they're the original but they were in the box with everything else. 1985 COMPLETE, VINTAGE 1978 MATTEL BARBIE DREAM HOUSE Factory Box Furniture Rare
This Barbie house was bought in 1985 for Christmas was played with for a few days then put back up in the closet in a large Rubbermaid container. It was put back in the original factory box and shrink wrap. As you can see I've taken many photos to show their the condition . It looks to have been one piece of new tape that was put across the seam as the other tape being too old. The box is not perfect ..but Very good..Great graphics...but it's still holds itself well. I've never seen a factory box with an original Sears label on it. Also at the time when the it was put away in the closet....the gentleman took photographs... Polaroid snapshots of all of the accessories and pieces that were packed neatly back in the box as he was very meticulous person...so those are to show what exactly comes with this set I believe it to be 100% complete and not a Barbie expert. but I also bought a bunch of other dolls from this guy that you'll be seeing here on my eBay site so you have any questions please ask them and thank you This is a rare and pretty sure complete vintage 1985 Mattel Barbie Dream House, including the original factory box.
